Spending time in forest

I try to spend as much as possible more time in a forest, among the trees no matter do I walk, meditate, do yoga, pilates or I read, have a business meeting, write my blog.

The benefits are enormous:

  • it boosts immune system
  • reduces stress
  • enhances mood
  • increases ability to focus
  • increases energy level
  • improves sleep etc.

So immerse yourself in a forest, steep deep in nature, thrive in! 🙂
